    Heavy duty circular connectors, specifically designed for the compact size and the advanced technical features of the rail Eurobalise system. The BOA connector ensures reliable signal integrity and perfect transmission of data between the rail track and the train borne equipment, which is key for the performance of the Eurobalise system. The vibration tests are compliant to IS-402 and the connector complies to VG95234, MIL-C-5015, and MIL-C-26482 normative. Colored plug versions (red, black, green, orange, yellow or depending on the function) and anti-tempering screw system are available. The connector is IP67 according to IEC 529 when mated with the counterpart.

    The 55 way micro circular connector (C55 series) delivers exceptional signal integrity thanks to the superior technical performances of the hyperboloid contact technology. Compact and lightweight, the C55 connector meets the military requirements in terms of size, modularity and corrosion resistance. In addition, it offers additional hardware coding options to avoid mismatching in equipment with several connectors, ensuring the mating and unmating process in field operations is both simple and quick. Equipped with 0.5 mm hyperboloid contacts, the C55 offers IP68 sealing and a current rating of 2A at 25°C; the connector’s plug is supplied with solder cup termination, cabling and overmoulding, whilst the receptacle is straight through. The normal configuration has sockets inside the receptacle, but “reverse gender” connection is available on request.

    D series connectors are simple to use, foolproof, reliable. The D series makes connections effortless by having a simple push-button latch, available color coding and a "D" shaped flange which makes "up" and "down" obvious. The D series is available in three sizes to accommodate a wide variety of applications. The mini D00 incorporates 5 Ø0.3mm Hypertac contacts in a connector which is almost 30% smaller than the D01. The D01 plug has up to nine Hypertac contacts in less than 1/2" diameter, and the slightly larger D02 offers even more options, from three power to 25 signal contacts, or a mixture of power or coax and signal contacts. Smiths Connectors can customize the D series for specific applications.

    Eclipta connector series addresses the medical market need for a reliable interconnect system with short lead-time and minimal cost. Eclipta easy assembly and high density interconnect design make it ideal for use with mapping and ablation cathethers, RF generators, home healthcare devices, value medical systems and many other disposable medical devices. Eclipta connector incorporates an innovative, double-ended, edge card contact system featuring a PCB as the contact on the disposable connector side. This eliminates the cost of the contact system on that side. In addition, its plug and play design provides effortless termination and virtually eliminates the potential contact damage associated with the termination process. Additional benefits include mass termination of catheter wires directly to the PCB in the disposable and reusable sides, scalability, customization, and the possibility to be re-worked on the reusable side.

    Non–filter applications can easily be upgraded to EMI/Transient protection without modification to the system with Smiths Connectors In–Line Filter Adapters. Filter adapters provide the system designer great flexibility in situations where the filtering or system requirements are subject to change. The adapters are designed to be installed between the existing plug and receptacle without having to re–wire or disassemble the system. Both in–line cable and bulkhead/ panel mount versions are available.

    HBB single pole, circular connectors combine high current handling capability with small size and exceptional performance in harsh environments. Designed for use in all types of high-power applications, the HBB series is particularly suitable for electric drives used in fighting vehicles, unmanned vehicles, avionics systems, rail transport and industrial applications. Designed for easy mating and quick release, the connectors attain standard current ratings of 300A and 500A (750A available on request) with high reliability and excellent integrity. Hyperboloid contacts produce contact resistance figures as low as 0.05mΩ which help in reducing resistive losses. This both eases the task of thermal management and allows better power handling in a smaller space with a lower overall mass. HBB are offered in metal or plastic shells, are sealed to IPx7, feature 360° EMI/RFI shielding and have a polarized design with options that ease assembly allowing simple maintenance and quick changeover .

    Designed specifically for the medical industry, HyperGrip is a circular plastic, user-configurable, color coded connector that is customer keyable for quick and accurate connections on medical equipment. This unique HyperGrip keying system allows customers greater freedom and diversity to build connectors with six different keying options from a set of common components, thereby reducing cost, lead time and inventory. All HyperGrip sizes include an option for IP67 level sealing protecting the product when immersed temporarily in water to a depth of 1 meter for up to 1 minute. Also unique to HyperGrip is the front or rear panel mount receptacle design which allows the user to mount the harness assembly from inside or outside of the device enclosure. CRIMP TERMINATION The adoption of crimp contacts allows for a consistent high quality connection and reduces the total installation time of a connector by minimizing the number of operations. M23 connectors can be supplied with either machined or stamped contacts and therefore a hand-operated or fully automatic crimping process can be used.     EMC Technology is the world leader in temperature variable attenuators from DC through Ka Band, featuring our patented Thermopad line of products which compensate for gain variation over temperature. The Thermopad® (Patent # 5,332,981) is a totally passive, surface mountable temperature variable attenuator. It requires no bias or control voltages and does not generate distortion. The Thermopad can be used in place of a standard chip attenuator to combine level setting or buffering and temperature compensation in a single chip design.     EMC Technology & Florida RF Labs offer low and high power RF resistors including surface mount chips, tab & cover chips, flange mounted and rod types. These resistors are available with Alumina, ALN, BeO and CVD substrate materials. Some devices use a tuned circuit design to minimize parasitic capacitance across their usable frequency bands. Most devices are available in a wide range of resistance values, typically from 1 ohm to 1 K ohms. Choose from a variety of metallization finishes for easy mounting to a heat sink or directly to the printed circuit board.  Typical finishes include: Lead-free, RoHS compliant plating (silver or gold), solder finish with SN63 or solder fused finish with SN63 depending upon package type. Select from bulk, tape & reel, or waffle packaging, again, depending upon resistor package style.
